About Roof to my God's Temple - 7 : PRINT

The main motif in this pattern is a triangle. A pentagonal star was created with this. These are packed so that a 4mm symmetry results. The big hollow space was filled with a lotus pattern. Actually this destroys the overall symmetry. A chikku plus sign fills the gaps in the form of a cross. The horizontal and vertical ovals were filled with the distorted lotus. Having patterns with five-fold symmetry and obtaining translations is not an easy task. Enjoy! - mOhana

Many individual design, packed to form a regular shape in an intelligent way. Needs more IQ to think of this and represent it. Thank you sir. But quite crowded design.

sir, In this kolam pattern there are so many small kolams,1, chiku kolam, 2. Pentagon starts, 3. Octagonal stars sorrounding the green lotus, 4. A flower inside the octagonal shape. all the kolams combined gives an awesome look. thanks a lot sir.

Please view the above picture by zooming your eyes to see the 3D effect. Altogether you can see five vertical columns with the centre one projecting outwards.. Can anyone see it?

Nice combination of geometrical shapes. The pentagonal stars looks like the sikku kolam lines passing through.

Wow this brings memories of my childhood when we used to try and make a kalideoscope with broken glass bangle bits and mirrors - this looks just like one of those colourful designs - S U P E R B Smile
