Ratha (ther) rangoli, designed for Rathasapthami, since no time to make in real, posting this scanned/ colored copy. Still not come out of MarghaLi, hence made a sikku ratha.
Dot counts 15 X 25. Reduce as needed for the top portion. Wheels added extra, with base of 24 dots.

Beautiful and colourful ratham. The parrots looking out from your ratham with the sun in the centre look very cute.
