Ammu this is very nice and bold - the usual kolam with fillings make it look richer though you have to draw the lines more steadily since some of the lines appear crooked. With practice I am sure you will achieve that

ya judy u r right i cant draw straight lines more than 3 inches long without looking crooked that is why i admire people who put kambi kolams with such an ease

This is one of the complex kolams. The strokes look somewhat thicker to me. I'll be making your folder in the Gallery in the next couple of days, Rani, now that I know your real name. And, please call me Lata (no mam or ji).
