About Rangoli in water : PRINT
This is a rangoli done in water for navarathri.My white kola poodi is slightly mixed with rice flour hence I could see some slight mixing with water

Sumathi it has come out nice...yes because of rice flour it looks like that...next time use only rangoli powder and leave it some time to absorb the oil then pour the water slowly....and decorate with some flowers on top of water....... it will look very grand......try it.

Sumathi, Your procedure is right. Follow Lakshmi's tips. You will get perfect lines. She demonstrated so beautifully during our Chennai meet.
