this has beed made wid simple swasthik inside....for better colours i bought ink bottles and mixed them with rice flour and it has given a wonderful touch in the outline....yu can get a bowl of powder wen u mix like tat rather buying a small amount in d shop...it works good...try this......

Lovely kolam with your double strokes making it more cute..
You mix the ink with rice flour and dry it in shade?

good kolam jayanthi!! the borders r cute n the center designs r awesome....guess my ideas for making colors using ujala, ink, kaavi r working out very nicely.... when r yo going to release other food colours which we were discussing in person??

Good one! Thanks for the new ideas! As Rajamma says minimum use of food color mixed with rice flour/kola maavu gives bright and new shades!
