The birds rangoli is exquisite. The colors are the brightest and the 3D look of the outline made of dots is amazing. Feel free to add the description part of this rangoli as a comment, and I'll add it to the description section of this image later on. Thank you for sharing your work here at ikolam.
REally amazing, the inter changed colour with the body and feather looks great, choosed the best colour combination and neatly drawn, is it a dotted kolam or free hand rangoli?
wonderful creation. the wings of the birds look like Shanku. peacock feather like design in that add the beauty. Alternate colors used tastefully. Is the border dots made using any tube?

Asha maam an awesome design, The birds have come out so beautiful and pretty. The different parrot design in the middle is nice too. I liked the way you have used the outline for each bird.. is it some special technique? Do let us know. Overall a wonderful design and excellent coloring and shading..
WOW ! Beautiful birdies. Colour combination is amazing with a mat finish. Simply AWESOME. I like the curls with kola podi on the neck of the birdies. Looks very natural. Has black bindi been used for the eyes??
thank you one and all for the appreciation...it is a simple dotted rangoli with the outline done with dots..the dotting technique is simple but needs some practise and patience as with all the other rangolis...hold a little amount of powder in the enclosed palm of your hand and release the powder a little at a time through the hole near the little finger...
Excellent work. The birds look so expressive and the dots outline is wonderful. Colour combination is apt. In short, the rangoli is one of the best I have seen recently. Waiting for the description.from Ashalatha.
