The dotted-speckled look of this rangoli looks gorgeous in this kind of a lighted atmosphere.
I'm going to guess this is yellow and maroon color combination.

This is a corruption of the talat-lata duet tU rUp kI rANI, main chorOn kA rAjA, which is one of the finest duets by the combo.

Looks like the swastik pattern is getting ready to run - wonderful kolam and excellent photography Rajamma - the lights enhances the entire mood of the kolam - do you by any chance have a picture of this kolam without the lamps and with normal lighting?? would love to see that too

Wow Rajamma ma'am wonderful work... this looks so beautiful in the dimly lit lamp effect.... I wonder how beautiful it would be in normal light.... as Judyji pointed, do you have a photo without the diyas??? we would love to see that
