hai to all...this dotted kolam 17-2times -1 straightdots was done by me....is there anything odd about this kolam....kanduppidippavarku...oru mega parisu.....

Mega prize!? I could use one. You've placed white dots in certain places, using some software program. I like how you've joined many "knot of eternity" patterns to make this elaborate kolam.

The dots which you added later are missing in the center (2 dots). Parisu yaarukku?

The dots u added are by using the computer programme,If it is correct Lata,will u share the mega prize with me,anyway neatly drawn.In centre the artificial dots are missing.

actually...while uploading d kolam...i thought to escape by saying the mega prize was......another big kolam from my side......appaada....tappichen.....aanaa neenga mattineeeenga.......

nice one ammuji...and many have already given the answers...no escape...but a party for all now
...the simple base design has been interlocked locked very nicely to make it complex

Very nice ammu, ofcourse the odd things (as per you) are the white small square dots. which are missing in the centre design and an additional dot at the right side of the bottom.

Rani maam very cute chikku kolam... Kaavi than missing :(... y r u so partial to only Tuesdays and Fridays... Paavam Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday Monday yellam yenna pannithe?? they r complaining to me Rani maam doesnt put kaavi on our days

Very carefully and diligently drawn. Charming mirror symmetries. Is it possible to draw kOlams like these with four-fold (90 deg rotations) symmetry?

i think yes mOhanaji, but the 'knots of eternity' will reduce/ increase based on the change in dot count (stoping at two or one dot in the corners)...and then it becomes a new pattern....let me give a try and see.

Good attempt Rani. If you put round dots then no one would have found out so easily - because you put square dots only everyone spotted the difference and all are claiming the prize
