About Pumpkin kolam : PRINT
The centre pullikolam is my mothers favourite. She used to call it Maththankay kolam( it is the malayalam version of yellow pumpkin)because of its shape.
I have just added some outer decorations to it.And I am in the process of training my fingers to draw thick lines at a strech. Is it Ok?

What a coincidence madam! I had drawn this kolam a few days ago (from my mom's notebook). But, there are no outer extensions in my mom's design. I didn't upload it because I hadn't animated it yet. I love the additional color, and your style of extra fittings. The next time I see my mom, I'm going to tell her about the name given by your mom

This pumpkin is yummy and the extensions are really pretty - Rajamma old wine in a new bottle (right Lata??)

Rajam, your thick lines are ok. But you have to work hard to come next to Lakshmi's strokes!
