Welcome to ikolam! What a beautiful pongal pot kolam, in time for the upcoming festival. I'm glad you got in touch with us to know more about this design.
I remember seeing this design on the net years ago. Usually we don't publish designs already published elsewhere, especially if nothing is mentioned about the original creator. But, in this case I think we better wait for somebody to post the dot count so you could be helped. It may be of help for others as well.
