Hai somi! Again a wonderful eye catching, beautiful, perfect padi kolam from u. Three days back i have gone thro' your gallery! wow! what a wonderful rangoli designs they are....I am still wondering as i am new to this ikolam..I am still wondering, wondering , wondering, how u are able to draw such a straight line Are you using scale ;). Really a appreciable work done by u .... I have copied many of your design since i too have a special love with padi kolams....Hats off to you somi.... :star: The colours u use are very different and what do u mean by recycled colour.. We don't get such colours here....
Thank you Vidhya for your lovely comment and thanks a lot for visiting my gallery too. Looking forward to your versions of some of my work. No I don't use any scale or any other geometric shapes to draw my kolams. I use my centre of the tile and I ensure the basic design ends in symmetry ...then the rest comes out normally. The colours I get here in Thane have a different texture and ready to use..once used I don't throw away them and mix them all to get a new colour..That is why my colours are different. Hope I have cleared your doubts Thanks once again and looking forward for your beautiful kolams.
