Honestly, your enthusiasm is a great inspiration, Your majesty!
Both girls looks very nice and my first impression of Ammu was -shanth.
(I can't imagine her to go running inside after listening to her mom's comment and bang her head against the wall) :0

Since you've shared about how your husband helped you in getting a hold of the bag for you, let me share my story too; a few years ago we had gone to Hawaii for the first time, and Hawaii is popularly known for its beaches/islands and its tropical climate. I was amazed to see different colored sand in a few beaches within miles of each other. In one particular beach we enjoyed the sight of black sand, and its color/ glitter in the sunlight tempted me to get a polythene bag from my car to take some home. I filled up my bag and returned back to the car to save it in the trunk, and do you know what my husband and daughters said to me? "Are you stealing sand from here?" is what they could say to me. :0
I emptied my bag of sand right then and there and returned back to the car feeling disappointed and also a bit embarrassed. I can't wait to share your story with Mani to show an example of a supporting husband.

Rani & Lata, Even I did the same thing in Stinson beach near Sanfrancisco last year! It started raining but my obedient daughter in law collected a bagful of nice sand at my request! The box containing the sand bag was opened at every airport, my husband said! Somehow it reached india ultimately!

Rani , I literally laughed after seeing this post and reading your story, lata's story and Jaya mam's story. My reporting manager, who is sitting just opposite to me, might be wondering something wrong with this girl. (Sunday morning, that too first working day of the week, having returned to office after the weekend, he might have thought that this girl was doing ok until thursday and what had happened to her during the weekend).
Nice pictures Rani. Those two girls are looking pretty. Convey my thanks to Ammu for capturing the picture while you were collecting the beach sand. Nice cooperating hubby. I was laughing after thinking how it would have been when you and your hubby were running behind the plastic bag. ha hah ha.
