First look - attractive,
Creativity - traditional,
Details - contrasting colours, nice yellow flowers (could have kept the same number of petals in all).
Symmetry - why is the inner and outer symmetry different?
Overall - very good.

Beautiful rangoli, I like the inner ring of yellow lotuses. Birds look very nice too.
