My first attempt at maavu kolam... it has a lot of smudges 'cos it is my first attempt at it sorry about that ...

For the first attempt it is good.
Some tips...Put the dots, allow it to dry then put the kolam.So that it will be easy to draw without mistake and can avoid rubbing.
Let the cloth be small in size.
Let the batter be little thick not watery.
put small easy kolams and once your fingers are well trained put bigger one.
