this kolam is done by me for ganapati pooja at my place...the shape is not proper as the colour of my floor n kolam maav was similar...but then too thought to upload it...ur comments plzz....!!!!

Beautiful maa kolam, ANisha. One small suggestion. While making maa kolam, have a wet tissue or damp wet cloth to remove the unwanted spillage of the maavu.

Simple and sweet kolam.The colour of my floor is also like urs.I am also facing the same problem Sply.to draw the dotted kolam with wet maavu is very difficult,can't able to see the dots properly.

Simple and nice. You can add some colors to your wet maavu and try . some of our members have used even haldhi/manjal podi and tried.
