Thia was done in competetion at our RBI Staff Quarters Begumpet in the year 1994 as part of Annaul day Celebrations.
I wonder now and I bet I could not do it within the given time of three hours again.
I want to share my happiness with you all.

Can't believe it is a rangoli - looks exactly like a painting to me - very good work - wish it was a clearer picture though
