red and white ready to strike? Brindha all are very cute. Just few days back I too put a similar white/ red combination kolam.with color podi.Hope you will like it.

Brindha, In double ezhai itself you have the technic of making one line dark and another light, thus giving a shading effect. Very nice!

Brindha mam, such a nice kolam why you are saying as usual, all your kolams are special only, that too, this red colour enhances beauty of your kolam, i think this red colour is calcutta special?

Thanks Chandy, Alamelu, Rajam (is it OK?), Viji, Jaya, Rajusree, Sudha, Nithya, Rani, Lakshmi and Pushpa for your valuable comments:) Rajam, ia ma always fan of your kolam. Everytime you come out with new ideas. My MIL is sincerely making kolams in note books (for me) and regularly watching everyone's kolam and enjoying. Rani, i use red coloured kola podi only. Thanks again.

Very nice set of kolams Brindha. The 2 kolams down with double strokes are unique, in the sense that in one the sharp line is inside and in the other, the sharp line is outside.

Hey Brindha - this is a really cute collection indeed. I love the bottom two very much because of the way you have double stroked it. The light and dark effect looks excellent
