the Navarathri Kolu is held dear for a lot of reasons. For one, festivities run for nine full days, lending the household a positive energy that is sure to stick on for weeks to come.

Hai Friends… This is an additional theme to our Golu. Instead of keeping all lakshmi in one row I made an arrangement like Astalakshmi temple in Besant Nagar, Chennai. I’ve planned to make a set up like sea shore near by, but due to lack of time & space I arranged with the relevant accessories for each goddess. Details from top to bottom

Nice arrangement. Temple, Jathara (procession), village all the scenes are covered.

I am seeing Golu without Padi for the first time. Arranging Golu on padi has its own beauty and gives a very neat and orderly look. Nevertheless, this looks different and new. All the best.
