About Kolam for the finals of Times of India Competition : PRINT
This is the kolam my MIL put for the finals of the times of India Competition that was held on 23d Jan Marina Beach. It is 41 to 1 straight dots. The rule was to put only dotted kolams and no rangoli. Surprisingly, we could see both there. SHe likes sikku kolam more than any other kolam.She personally congratulates all the winners of the marghazhi contest.

Such a beautiful BIG kolam with cute designs inside and 4 bonus chikku kolams guarding it outside.Though the floor is not suited , you have tried to bring maximum beauty to this kolam.

WoW!! A big kolam with four different chikku kolams as borders... Lovely Presentation.

You said Marina Beach but where was this made - it does not look like the road on the beach!! I too was supposed to take part but since it was Anita's birthday that day I did not go. Wow nice and big kolam - how did she manage this. Vinci the competition was at 6 am - the photo was taken after that I think

Actually this was a preview of the kolam that she did on the day of competition. SInce the photo taken on the competition day did not clearly be seen, i ve posted the kolam she put in our backyard upstairs. She wanted to be correct with the dimensions . this photo was teken couple of days before the competiiton.
