Dots for this is 6 dots for 6 lines (straight). This is a simple design, can be put in front of house. It will stay put for 2 or 3 days since it is made by rice wet maavu (rice paste/batter).

Just soak raw rice for an hour or two. wet grind it to a fine paste, adding water if necessary. make a thin solution by adding enough water. Keeping a small bit of cloth soaked in the batter in the middle of your fingers, slowly press it with the thumb for the batter to flow thro' your middle finger and draw patterns on a smooth floor. You will achieve it by practise, practise and more practise!
