Guess who?

About Guess who? : PRINT

Can you guess who made this? Sorry, you can't ask for any clues or questions. If the artist has already emailed you or shared about this rangoli, then please keep it as a secret. Smile
Here is Judy's original description:
After seeing Vani's recent rangoli I could not resist the immediate temptation of recreating it on the computer (with photoshop of course).. This definitely proved a challenge and I am almost about happy with the outcome, just that I should have done the border with thinner lines.. Look forward to your comments dear friends.. Vani sorry I did this without taking your permission - hope I have done justice.

Rangoli: Guess who?

Is this is a sanskArabharati rangOli by vANIji?

Regards! - mOhana

Lata's picture

No. But, Vani's sanskarbharati rangoli was the source of inspiration for this artist. Smile

Yes vani, my one more thought is Lata's creation.

The real kolam brings happiness and this digital kolam multiplies it with its perfection. I too guess that this beauty is created by Judy.

brindhanagesh's picture

Lakshmi and Vani, i didn't guess Lata because of her busy schedule nowadays.

judelined's picture

busy since yesterday so could not visit ikolam and what i see here today is a treat for my eyes - Lata come on tell me who my competitor is?

jkmrao's picture

Not me, jUDIjI has denied it. I don't think it is latAjI. She wouldn't have chalelnged her own rangOli Smile May be pavanjI (without even his mother knowing it Smile

I'm going with the majority, it's none other than Judy!

Lata's picture

Rajam, Lakshmi, Bharathi, Vani, Brindha and Jayaji, all of you guessed it right!
This is Judy's creation! mOhanaji, I think Judy did a good job of diverting everyone's attention away from her name Smile

Asha, I expected you to be back (after cooking). Smile

Brindha, you were right; I stopped creating a long time back. All I do now is manage. Smile

Thank you so much Judy, it was fun playing this way.

jkmrao's picture

First of all, it is a very nice creation, quite time consuming I suppose. Congrats to her!
However, jUDIjI did not divert the attention, she misled by saying "Lata come on tell me who my competitor is?" To me, it is equivalent to telling that she is not the creator. Otherwise, she looked at herself in the mirror like the queen Gulnaar in the "Queen's Rival" of sarOjinI nAyuDu and identified with the image Smile

Purni's picture

It sure is mind-blowing .....Congrats, Judy Ma'am....

judelined's picture

Sorry about this one friends - but the moment I saw the way Lata had presented this rangoli, I could not resist my temptation playing the game too - that too after seeing Vani's comments saying "no comments from Judy....." I thought I should not let the cat out of the bag - so I misled your attention and waited for Lata to do the honors...

Thank you Rajamma, Asha, Lakshmi, Bharathi, Vani, Brindha & Jaya for having so much of confidence and recognising my creation.

Thank you JKM - these kind of comparisons can come from non other than you... Yes indeed it was a challenge and the outer border was the one that took most of my time, which is why I landed up with thicker strokes than I decided, resulting in me reducing the opacity of the white in order for the colour behind to be visible. I definitely think the 100% white would have looked better. Next time I suppose!!

Thank you Kousalya and Purni.

Yes Gowri both Anita and I love to play with photoshop and I willing accept that crash course prize you suggested for all those kids who gave the right answer - hehe..

LATA THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING IT THIS WAY!! I AM THRILLED TO PIECES.......

Its really brilliant work

Sumathi.v's picture

Hi Judy, excellent work ,only today I could sit with my computer, therefore I missed the guessing

anirudh's picture

Superb Judyji...missed to participate in the quiz ....

reducing opacity...that definitely has given a good effect by blendling with the background color. i like the way you have made those curved lines for the flower. awesome work, thanks for sharing.

judelined's picture

Thank you Radha, Sumathi. Anirudh, pleasure was mine thanks..
