I always liked this type of rangoli ,drawing designs with white color on the coloured background.U can see a similar design on TV-Surf Excel advertisment.
yes its like pen .... with an opening at the tip.....it was hard to control because there was nothing to hold rangoli powder inside when u want to stop....u have to tilt it to stop the flow

is it like a pen ? because i have seen in some exhibition using a pen to use such thick strokes. ankitha nicely drawn.

at present .. the device is not with me .. made this rangoli on diwali ... so its in my hometown ... but will surely upload it whenever i go there
