I made this dotted kolam at my grandpa's house, in Sirkazhi. We had fun making rangolis with different colors on the terrace.

Diya, very nicely drawn and beautifully colored. U know we call it Aruvaa manaikkolam.( it resembles the knife our grandmas used for cutting vegitables)
