Nice wavy paDikOlam. The cross-like effect at the centre is quite nice, though unintended. From the style I can guess who it is
The flower and the lamp could have alternated. Almost like a folk theme.
If you enjoy in what you do, you are certainly a winner
If you excel in your efforts, you are certainly a winner

Neatly done - I agree with JKM on the alternation of the flowers and lamps on the outside - would have balanced it well... All the best

Design.... nice padikolam design
Drawing..... wet maavi used in a neat way. the neli ezhai has come out very nicely.
The kavi and other decoratins outside make it look great.
