About Diwali Kolam : PRINT
This rangoli was done in my building compound on the ocassion of diwali by a group of kolam enthusiasts. The basic kolam design (in white) was done by me while the colouring was done by the others.

Thank iu latafor your wonderfull coments.i was not well all these months and on and of i was hospitalised .After along break i have put myself into action. i think i will continue to keep myself active.

Very beautiful variation of the lotus theme. Fantastic colours! I like the central white and orange combination. Lovely symmetry! Very good team effort.

Very beautiful and symmetrical kolam. The stencil design inbetween adds more beauty to the kolam.

Janaki ma'am a very well-done kolam... I can get a slight glimpse of the flame... it would have been a treat if the full image was visible...

sorry ,i could get this much glimps only.as we had to protect this rangoly from being disturbed ..so we had to keep some potied plants so that no one will spoil it.

Janaki Mami,
super efforts. i am lucky i get to see this rangoli kolam everyday as i stay in the same complex as Janaki Mami. She really puts in lots of efforts(inspite of her health) and her enthusiasm really dirives us to do something different on all cultural occasions in our complex.

Janakiji, very nice rangoli. the color used r pleasing. Outer diya design with stencil work in it is very cute.

Lovely kolam. It would have looked better if you could have got the flames of the diyas into the frame also as it looks so nice... Hope you get better soon...
