DASARA 2010
About DASARA 2010 : PRINT
This is a simple kolam created by me on Durgashtami day. I took the idea from Kolam book uploaded by Raoji on Ikolam. Dot count for all segments is 7 to 1 instead of 5 to 1 as shown in the book. This is drawn with different colours(inspiration from Judy Madam's creation on computer)

Kameshwari, wonderful color chikku kolam. Very neatlydrawn, choice of colors also excellent. White tile background is giving the good contast effect. The symmetry is well taken care of with the help of tile placement.I just love this kolam. A similar work done by me yet to be uploaded.

Before seeing the name and description I thought this was Rajam's creation. What confused me was the use of different colour podi to draw the different lines (which she also does) and the very thin and neat strokes.
What a surprise this is Kameshwari - you have given us a 100% creation here. The colours used are blending very well with each other and I am glad I was able to inspire you. Please feel free to call me Judy. The symmetry is perfect - nice way of using the tiles to place the dots. Tempting us to ask for more - excellent work, keep it up
