Looks beautiful Asha. Yes, it does look like a padi kolam. I'm sure you'll be busy creating more often now, since you've moved on to making computer kolams
Asha, your first kolam is so beautiful.I am not a expert as you think.Just draw lines and join.some times result comes out very well.some times .......keep trying till I succeed. All the best and welcome to padikolam club.
Asha beautiful kolam.yes anirudhji one line is missing.but it come out nice.yes Asha it looks nice padikolam.waiting to see more and more of ur creations.
Asha, It is as beautiful as the one who created it. I am so Happy u r becoming part of Padikolam club. This kolam in blue background is really super. Just avoid 3 ezhaies.
Nice ASAjI, a very good beginning and a warm welcome to the paDikOlam Club! Quite beautiful and I like the lotus coming out of the hill-like B's. A few suggestions if you don't mind - (1) I think you perhaps used MS Paint. You can keep the lines straight by using the shift key. Otherwise draw one line and rotate it by 45 degrees to get the diagonal lines and duplicate them many times. (2) I found this rangOli quite attractive as a negative. To get red and white used in these, use cyan (the central blue in your rangOli) and black. They become red and white on inversion. (3) You'll get a perfect square if you take lines and rotate them by 90 degrees. (4) Use light colured backgrounds that give a very pleasing look. (5) It is also helpful to open a dotted graph paper in MS Paint and draw the rangOli on them to give exact measurements and save the final file as something else. Unwanted dots may be removed later.
