Another Scissor's kolam today
Lovely work with good symmetry and neat strokes. The coloring gives a different look to the kolam. The KolaRani deserves a dedication

Unique kolam dear .I felt all disciplined small ,small kavi fishes r swimming in parallel lines as if they are marching on the sea .

Thanks a lot for your nice comments. Got to do the Kolam after getting back from office on the eve of Tamil New Year.. Was really tired and could not do much on the colouring part of the kolam.. Hence just used Kavi powder and did a random fill up.. Only the next morning when neighbours gave a whole bunch of appreciaion, did i realize that indeed the kolam had come out properly and neat.

Nice 'pappadam + paambu' kolam! We used to call the diamonds as pappadam and the long curves as paambu!

wonderful. The wavy effect brought out due to the symmetrical drawing. Neatest work. Kaavi placement is elegant.On the whole make us look at this for a long time.
