Chaat Rangoli!
About Chaat Rangoli! : PRINT
Hi friends, we had been to an Indian restaurant named East India Company at Portland USA and this is how they served 'Papdi chaat' to us! Very artistic, like Judy's kitchen kolams, no?

Oooo papdi chat! I'm drooling over it. Look how it is served! So Jayaji, did you eat this and spoil the rangoli? I'm just kidding.
C'mon people, let's chat over chaat!
Maybe on a separate page? Let's talk about our favorite chats. Any body won any Gol gappa contests?

Rani, if what you're thinking about the availability of vegetarian food abroad is true, then people like me can't survive here for a day.
Vegetarian food is available in non-indian restaurants too, you just have to know what to ask for.

Though I am not one for chaat items, this looks yummy. Reminds me of coffee art - take a look at this - each design looks like a lovely kolam and few resemble the picture you have uploaded here - thanks for sharing this with us and of course remembering me too

Yes Judy, These coffee arts came to my mind immediately when I saw this chaat served! It was quite tasty too.
Rani, as Lata says you can get veg.food everywhere provided you ask for it clearly, like ''no meat, no fish...' If you say 'without' they won't catch!
Rajam, the design part of it is made of curd and sweet chutny. The rest were like what we get in India.
