These butterflies are a treat to our eyes. The design at the center is very beautiful, and looks natural with the vines curling out from the flower design. The dark border around the pink petals enhances the design even more. Great work indeed!

And, by the way, thank you very much for participating with a lovely white paisley-birds contest entry. The pattern is unforgettable.

Same pinch Rajamma - we seem to be on the same wavelenght - you actually took the words from my mouth - the very first thing that came to my mind when I saw the kolam before I read your comment - very very pretty kolam Noor - give us more to enjoy The only drawback I find is the symmetry in colouring the butterflies - other than that it is very pretty

Noorjahan ma'am the inner design is a beauty and the outer butterflies are so beautifully drawn.. maybe a lighter shade instead of the blue in the middle would have enhanced the kolam more... just an opinion
