Thank you my dear friends for your lovely comments...Vasanthi ...like this many designs are there for this pooja and each one has a significance...Dr Rekha..darbha means a type of grass called as panic grass which is used to purify anything and nellu in tamil means nothing but our paddy(rice with husk)
