What a delectable pongal panai!? All brimming with goodies from inside and out. Apricots is a nice touch. Is that sago you have used in the sun? Sugarcane looks a real one with what you've used for coloring...you always come up with unique ideas! Thank you for the Pongal wishes. Wish you and your family a happy Pongal as well.

Being on tour , having little time for Rangolis, I decided to do different Pongal pot and the Sun, with cereals. For the sun, I used Bengal gram, thur dal, yellow moong dal and chatni dal. For black sugarcane , I used black sesame. Thank U for yr. Adorable comments.
