Nice ashTadaLa padmam (eight petalled lotus). It would have been nice if you've taken care of the symmetry better (please look at two of my blogs for suggestions). Overall, simple but colourful! This year, I decided not to grade anyone. suhAsinI ma'am, your enthusiasm and participation makes you already a winner in my opinion.

Nice Rangoli. To draw kolam, that too colour rangoli, with an eight month old hanging around, is a job by itself.
