I have 2 pairs of Gowri Bommais. They are dressed differently each year according to the theme of the year. This year’s theme is Lava -Kusa capturing Lord Rama’s Aswamedha horse in the ashram of Valmiki with Sita

Hello Our bommai kolu display consists of five steps. Step 1 - Rama/Lakshman/Seeta/Hanuman, Panduranga Vittal, and marriage ceremony of Andal. Step 2 - various incarnations of Lord Vishnu, Ashta-lakshmi goddesses as well as dolls depicting Parvati, Saraswati, Lakshmi and Kamakshi.
