These days, I am unable to visit ikolam regularly. But whenever I find time, I go online enjoy the creations of our ikolam friends.
This padi kolam was done for the temple deity procession (amman veedhi ula) about 1 year back, when I was learning to make padi kolams.

Happy Ugadi to all ikolam members. Today's Ugadi kolam was made with some modifications to JKM sir's chikku padikolam http://www.ikolam.com/node/21118?p=1930 As it was too windy when making the kolam, there was a lot of spreading of the kolapodi.

I have tried to give a kuzhal border for my chikku kolam. This time I have tried out Judy's & Ms. Rani's suggestions. Hope this is slightly better than last time (though you can see overwriting at many places)!
