Kutchwork Saree

This embroidery is called Kutchwork (many of us know).
In a remote village of Gujarat, girls do this work and no proper amount is being given to them I heard due to marketing problems.
Really, it does take serious amount of work to be done. I just tried in my silk (pattu) saree. Friends just say how is it?

The design/pattern looks good. The blue color on the other hand, looks like could've been a lighter shade (since the background color is dark, just my thought).
