iKolam Karnival - NeerakeLage Kolam (rangoli under water)

Thanks Lakshmiji, for sharing another new idea. I was sharing this idea with couple of friends and one of them told we can use grease also, but need to wait till the rangoli gets soaked in it and then pour water slowly. But i felt grease would be more messy & smelly.
