Flax seeds are high nutrition, low carb seeds that are useful healthwise. They are the seeds of the flax plant, which linen cloth is made from. If you use flax seeds in your diet, it would be nice to know the different ways in which you incorporate them. We use the ground seeds called the Flax meal, every now and then, in our morning cereal. I also mix a tablespoon of it in my muffins while mixing the batter.

Lata, my brother told me about flax seeds and I bought a packet immediately. It contains lot of fibre. I dry-roasted it and powdered it. Now I add it to cereal and also to all sorts of 'thuvayals'!
