Hi, This is a dotted kolam, Little complicated on the dots though, ( First ) 17 dots (straight dots) five lines. then From the sixth line Reduce one dot from each side of the bottom(straight dots only) and place the dots until you reach five dots in the line., now do the same to the top side. hope all enjoy the kolam

Colourful Butterflies willed with coloured rice. Outlines are made by rice flour.
We did these rangolies in Bradford Mela UK on 12th and 13th June 2010.
This is a sona hexagon made with a 4-3 pattern. Two types of lines only are obtained. See how the linking is obtained. Look at the white triangular chikku besides the other up-and-down threading. I placed in the centre the dotted motif just to fill the space. Enjoy!

Hi friends. I am very happy to inform you all that, my painting, colouring and knowledge of drawing using PC is improving day by day. This is because, whenever I get a new Rangoli either posted here or through my friends and family, I will try the same in PC. Thanks to ikolam for giving this opportunity.
