This is a sona drawing inspired maakkolam. JKM sir, please have a look although it is nowhere near urs. It took half an hour for me to put this, the lines are just not coming parellel. Still I am not fully satisfied with this. friends, waiting for ur comments.

This was done by my Mother-in-Law (Thangam aunty). Her hobby is making kolams almost the whole day (while watching serials also ! )
My son had to submit the project so i just did the kolam rest he finished the colouring part. ur comments please.
I have drawn this many a times but have not been able to take the photo. tis looks good when coloured.
