Simple variations of the color strokes for various segments. The rainbow of colors are applied through different layers to achieve the effect.
Color Scheme
Kolams done in different colors.
Dot grid:13x2.
Used silver strands for the strokes and lavender color shading. Feather touch around the kolam for the glow effect, to accentuate the looks.
Used the wood grain texture to color the kolam. This is a 9 - 1 dot kolam.
Used a chord-texture and tan color for the stroke. This is a 9 - 1 dot kolam.
