An update

Hi everybody,

I wanted to give you all an update regarding the problem we experienced after our routine maintenance (yesterday night according to my time). I'd received about 25 emails this morning (my time) and thought it's best to post my reply here.
We have a temporary fix in place for all of our active members. We need more time to come up with a site-wide fix. I'll keep you all posted. Thank you so much for your understanding!
