Following are considered the maximum human survival threshold:
3 minutes without air/oxygen
3 days without water
3 weeks without food
What is your threshold for surviving without rangolis?

I can go for about 7 hrs a day, give or take a couple of hours. But, during the day, if I can't get to the site at a stretch for some reason, I start to panic, and make some calls to other members of my family, who would check things out from their ends, and update me.
I guess what I'm trying to say is; ikolam is not my bread and butter, but it sure is my oxygen tank!

At the moment my head is reeling with so much "love" in ikolam!

Can't really say how difficult it is for me to survive not only from supressing myself visiting ikolam but from taking my pen and the kolam book to draw something everyday. Dhana sometimes gets irritated seeing me with my books strewn around me when I am engrossed with copying something new or changing an old kolam to make something different.. It is almost my only breath of fresh air always

Nurturing your creativity and admiring others talents is like breathing fresh air. The break in between not able to visit ikolam makes me restless too.( Lata , again I am deprived of space for uploading)

I can't imagine also. Rangoli with colors or without when seen it simply creates a flow of happiness in our mind. It gives enthusiasm, freshness when viewed in the morning. The satisfaction we get after putting rangoli and having a look at it, we cant compare anything to that. Only the rangoli lovers can mean what it is. I fail to express in words. Rangoli is part of life- yesterday, now and tomorrow and every day. Till sun, moon, water and air stays rangoli will stay. No matter what the generation.

Rangoli is my mood changer.. if am upset with something, i start putting / copying some rangolis.. within another 5 mins i feel better and slowly mind starts analysing.. Rangoli as well ikolam members and site has become one of the important part of my life.. (No exxaggerating.. it is real experience)
